Top 5 Wireless Headsets for Xbox One
1. Turtle Beach Stealth 700 – Best Wireless Gaming Headset
Typically adding a wireless headset to your console involves working with some form of dongle or transmitter. But what if they made the method simpler?
As one of the first Xbox Wireless technology built-in headsets, the Stealth 700 will connect directly to your Xbox One without the need for any extra accessories. It doesn’t matter that it’s also such a rock-solid headset, with a rich audio game, great noise cancellation, Bluetooth connectivity, and an impressively simple microphone.
While the Stealth 700 has its drawbacks, it’s one of the most excellent Xbox One console headsets looking for a more comfortable way to experience premium wireless audio.
Features
Xbox wireless straight
Experience a seamless link to your console from your phone; no wires; no base station; no converter needed; just switch on your headsets and start playing.
Windows Sonic Surround Sound
For your games, movies, and songs, Windows Sonic for Headsets provides effectively integrated interactive surround sound.
Comfort
The faux-leather ear cups of the Stealth 700 are a little too tight to my taste, but that didn’t deter me from wearing the headset for long stretches. While the Stealth isn’t as cushy as, say, the HyperX Cloud Alpha, it’s also perfectly lightweight, at only 10 ounces, so those somewhat stiff ear cups never weighed too much on my ears. The ear cups do incorporate ProSpecs technology from Turtle Beach, which ensures they can offer a good match for those wearing glasses.
Gaming Performance
In general, the Stealth 700 offers excellent game audio with loads of bass — often too much. But thanks to the available Superior Hearing level for the headsets, which ramps up the treble to show footsteps of the opponent, you will not have much trouble choosing the right profile to match whatever you were doing.
Bottom Line
The Turtle Beach Stealth 700 is a fantastic all-around wireless gaming headset with excellent sound quality, transparent microphone, and other handy additional features. And with Xbox Wireless features built-in, both the Stealth 600 and the 700 are convincing choices that make connectivity to Xbox One simpler than ever before.

2. PDP Xbox One LVL50 – Wireless Stereo Gaming Headset
The LVL50 Wireless Stereo Headset from PDP is remarkably stable on the size. This wireless headset for gaming features a convenient and lightweight build, a noise-canceling microphone, sound overall audio output, and decent battery life. The LVL50 (available in Xbox One and PS4 configurations) provides premium features at a reasonable price, although its equalizer capabilities are missing, and its max volume should be louder.
Features
Unbeatable Comfort
This headset keeps you relaxed through long gaming sessions with breathable nylon-mesh over-the-ear cushions and an interchangeable, lightweight headband.
Nylon-mesh ear cups from the LVL50 are relatively comfortable for the size, as they fit comfortably over the ears. Though indeed, they should be a bit smoother. You may want the band to be flexible via sliding, rather than using fixed notches.
At 11.2 ounces, the LVL50 headset feels relatively small on the ear, so when you turned the ear from left to right, it didn’t rock much.
PDP says the wireless networking could operate up to 40 feet away, and it was reasonably accurate.
Gaming Performance
The LVL50 headphone could be a bit quieter, with 50 mm audio drivers. To order to achieve the sound you needed, you usually had to adjust the machine to a maximum or near-maximum level. The recording itself is good though.
Powerful & Dynamic Balanced Sound
This integrated stereo headset produces immersive sound through a pair of powerful 50 mm HD drivers. Make volume changes on the fly with simple in-ear audio buttons and a Game / Chat combination dial that is only available in the portable edition of Xbox One.
Quick Flip Mute
Hear the games the way you are meant to, and make sure you hear the orders loud and straightforward through the adjustable noise-canceling mic. Pure Flip Silence conveniently silences the microphone by quickly tossing up the micro boom.
Officially Licensed by Microsoft for Xbox One
Officially approved, ensuring it has undergone arduous tests to meet the consistency requirements of the first committee, which can survive up to thousands of hours of play.
Design
The plastic frame of the LVL50 is very petite, and the ear cups on its slim band feel like chubby little attachments. There was much wiggle between the cups and the groove, as though I had exerted undue pressure to break the unit in two.
A flat, matte-gray style runs from the ear cups of the LVL50 to the matte-black line, linking the containers together. The shiny PDP logo rests seamlessly on the exterior of each cup, which is good as it blends beautifully into the picture.
The cup interiors, as well as the wires that link the two to the frame, feature green accents for the Xbox version and blue accents for the PS4 version. PlayStation has plastered its logo all over the PS4 version to make sure you know they approve it; identical signage is absent in the Xbox version.
The left cup features a battery switch, an equalizer lever, a micro USB charging interface, and an in-game and talks audio control rocker. The right-hand side has a bar to change the maximum output of the headset.
One problem with the audio rocker in-game and talk is that the circle has no definable ridges or a core. Even if you’re using the headset on a Mac, the computer’s volume control won’t work, so it effectively disables master volume settings from Windows. Alternatively, you monitor the sound via the volume dial of the LVL50, but the mixer itself will still operate correctly, and you can adjust the sound from each device.
According to my friend, the flexible boom microphone in the LVL50 is oddly long, resembling a “pilot headset.” This lies on the left side of the helmet and balances on a knob that will mute the microphone, depending on whether it is put up or down. This function is cool, but because the microphone is adjustable, you’re required to reposition it with the knob, because half of the receiver will bend as you try to push it forward.
The LVL50 makes use of a USB Type-A dongle for wireless communication.

3. Turtle Beach Stealth 600 – Wireless Surround Sound Gaming Headset
Once the gold standard for gaming headsets was Turtle Beach, blowing away rivals with a rare combination of convenience, aesthetics and sound quality. Nonetheless, getting smart didn’t take long for competitors, and Turtle Beach is now only one excellent manufacturer of headsets in a veritable sea of other perfect manufacturers of headsets.
Join the 600 Turtle Beach Stealth, a PS4 or Xbox One wireless headset, which sounds fantastic and doesn’t cost too much. A $100 name-brand wireless headset can seem like a great bargain. Nonetheless, a large microphone, a lack of flexibility, and an utterly uncomfortable fit make the Stealth 600 a surprisingly hard sell.
Turtle Beach made several concessions with the Stealth 600, but those concessions have helped make it one of the best wireless headsets for gaming around. And consider your choices.
Features
Xbox Wireless: experience a direct link from your headset to your Xbox One console or Windows 10 compatible PCs (which will include a Windows Wireless Adapter (not included).
Windows Sonic Surround Sound: Microsoft’s Windows Sonic for Headsets (and Windows 10 PC compatible) offers immersive synthetic surround sound to help your games, movies, and music come alive.
High-quality audio: A more prominent speaker provides improved audio quality, and the Stealth 600 uses full, loud 50 mm speakers that offer crisp highs and deep, thundering lows.
Glasses Friendly Support Ear: Cushions are covered in a soft, breathable mesh fabric and feature the stylish style of ProSpecs by Turtle Beach that reduces strain on your lenses.
All-Day Battery Life: Always be able to play per charge for up to 15 hours of games.
Design
The Stealth 600 looks like a remnant of the “serious” console age just-about-bygone, with sharp angles bisecting the over-ear cups with either bright-green or dark-blue highlights based on whether you’re having the PS4 or Xbox version.
Of particular note is the boom microphone parallel to the ear cup, which folds down. It’s an unusual approach midway, not as sleek as a microphone folding into an ear cup, nor as startling as a microphone folding up.
These have a little swivel to the ear cups, which makes them sit comfortably, and these fold up to be compact. Although the silicone padding on the headband is comfortable and has a lot to offer, the extendable notches feel cheap and finicky, and achieving a good match takes some trial and error.
The left ear cup will get pretty busy, because both the volume dial and the chat-tone button, practically right next to each other, are home to that. If you think that sounds like a complicated structure, then you are right. While recognizing that the volume is on top and the talk volume is on the bottom is pretty easy to remember, dialing the wrong one in a tense moment is incredibly simple, and then asking why the game hasn’t gotten any louder than before.
All the controls are relatively easy after that. The left cup of the ear (which also houses the charging port; meanwhile, the right ear cup is completely barren) has a control button, a matching button, and an equalization button that helps you to switch between four modes. Thus making the left ear cup the practical hub of the whole unit makes sense from a cost-saving viewpoint; from design and beautiful views, it’s very crowded.

Wireless Headsets For Xbox One Buying Guide
Wired Headsets VS Xbox One Wireless Console Headset
Easier to use
Wired best open-back headsets are simple to use for gaming, but more input is needed for the integrated circuitry, and some wired headsets require special adapters. Additional cables and connectors that can quickly snap can be quite a number over time. This is a legitimate excuse to buy a headset wirelessly.
If you use your phone to match your headsets, switch on your phone, and you’re good to go. Some are also easy to sync, like the Steel-Series LS35X, which attaches to your Xbox One the same way you connect your controller by pressing a button. This means that after flipping it on, you will toggle on your screen without restored.
Sound quality
The sound quality the vary from other products, but most inexpensive headsets don’t use current drivers and hardware, only each headset’s bit rate. Better is usually more comfortable when it comes to headsets, and the new Xbox One wireless console headset has some of the fastest bit rates to give.
Moreover, wireless communication is smooth and without hesitation, and you don’t have to think about jerking or whether the consistency of your cable link is wrong.
Wireless headsets should also be remembered that they switch the wireless settings from one device to another. On your console and screen, you can adjust the bit-rates and sound profiles (if you send the sound through your Monitor). That would boost the bulk of sports, movies, and films.
Durability
The threads are broken; it is a fact. When you get up, you get trapped in the furniture so the animals can dig their precious teeth so paws.
Charging cables, AUX cables, all cables that you use are likely to bypass you elsewhere. For a wired Bluetooth headset for a turn, you’ll note that you can generally adjust the wire only if you want a soldering iron on hand.
Often the cables will stretch and turn, allowing the wires inside to be intersected and short-circuited. From time to time, you’ll note a burst of sounds as you plug them in, switch them, and go to get things. And if you disassemble the helmet and solder the wire, the warrant will be annulled.
Issues For Xbox One With The Latest Portable Console Headsets
Whether you’re talking of battery life, communication issues, or sound quality, many people are finding that there are variations about how each form is used. Wireless headsets running on a 2,4GHz range are more reliable than Bluetooth in terms of performance and compatibility.
The battery life depends on the price and costs 15 hours for headsets about $100 and 20 hours or more at about $200.
You can note that the Xbox One app does not work well for other headsets.
Often, they can require an initial configuration. Over the long term, this is not a significant issue, but some people consider it as harmful. For wireless headsets, you’ll even find that you’ll lack the range of them. When you’re between games and races, get up for a beer in the kitchen or go to the toilet. Although others have a long-range connection, some skip something, and you’ll quickly find that the link is broken.
